Galveston with Shriner's patient

On August 10 we had out a couple very special guests from Shriners Children’s Hospital, Belen and her mom Jovita. Belen was in a bad burn accident and has been a patient at Shriners and away from home for 8 months. She is doing better and our trip was her first time ever fishing and first time in a boat! She did an amazing job including catch a nice 20” trout on her own! She also drove the boat awhile and both Belen and mom had a wonderful time.
